Where a school sees its own digital maturity, and decides what to do about it.
DigiPuls is the national instrument for the digital maturity of schools in Moldova: nineteen parameters across four domains, six levels each, from the practice a school has not started to the one it improves continuously.
Developed at the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, with the support of the Global Partnership for Education and UNICEF Moldova, implemented by the National Center for Digital Innovation in Education “Clasa Viitorului”, in partnership with Tallinn University.
What a school actually does
The administration and the digital team answer the same nineteen parameters separately, without seeing each other’s answers, and then settle each one together. Every level from 2 upwards has to name the evidence behind it. What comes out is one agreed reading, not an average of two opinions.
What it produces
A digital profile the school can read at a glance, a two-year development plan with named people and measures behind each priority, and a record that carries forward, so the next cycle shows what moved and what did not.
Who sees it
The school owns its record. Confirming it is not publishing it: what a visitor sees is only what the school has deliberately published, and only as a band per domain — never a parameter-by-parameter level.

The Accelerator: what the programme is
Five rounds of work in which school teams read their own digital maturity and build their development plan.
- Digital maturity and how innovation spreads How the digital maturity of a school is measured, and how an innovation spreads among its teachers.
